Access to the full and complete range of Yamaha musical products, from plectra to grand pianos
Be it a plectrum or a piano, Yamaha have created the most comprehensive range of musical instruments and equipment in the world. Our range is renowned for its quality and versatility.
Our keyboards, Clavinova and Silent pianos are used in Conservatoires and schools around the world. Our orchestral instruments and guitars are chosen by the most discerning student and professional players. Our percussion, music production and amplification ranges are the industry standard in studios including London’s famous Abbey Road and our concert grand pianos are the centre-piece in many of the world’s most prestigious concert venues.
Yamaha is also a leading innovator in musical instruments and technology. Our range of Silent instruments, along with AvantGrand and TransAcoustic pianos are examples of just how far we are able to push the boundaries and make new and exciting tools with which to create music. Yamaha Music London is the only direct resource enabling education establishments to access this entire Yamaha range.

A dedicated education executive supported by an expert team of product specialists
The addition of our Education Executive and music educator Vivienne Bartolucci to our team means Yamaha Music London can now offer direct expert support and service to educational establishments.

Pre-purchase consultation
To understand an educational establishment’s musical needs it is helpful for the facility to be visited by an expert. Through these visits, we have often seen students and teachers unable to benefit fully from their musical resources due to age and poor maintenance.
As such we will be happy to meet you either at your school or in our store so we can assess your current musical suite, or new space. In this meeting we will also discuss your current and future requirements from Yamaha, and will then draw up a proposal outlining our suggested solution.

Part exchange against your establishment’s old musical equipment
We will always consider taking your establishment’s old musical equipment as part exchange against the value of any products purchased.
This can of course help reduce the cost of investment, but can also help towards putting a little back in to society, as often these instruments are repurposed in to charities without the means to buy new equipment.

Bespoke installation solutions
We know that installing large amounts of musical equipment in to a busy school can be disruptive and time consuming.
As such we offer a bespoke service allowing you to choose when you would like your equipment delivered, and of course set up and installed. Be this a new P.A system in a hall or a classroom full of keyboards.
We also offer a free next day delivery service on all one man delivery items ordered before 2pm Monday-Thursday.

Product training for you and your students
We understand that whilst you and your teachers will be experts in your chosen areas of musical study, you may not have the time to stay up to date with the latest advances in musical equipment and technology.
As such we are happy to arrange training sessions for your staff and students. This could take the form of a visit to Yamaha Music London, but we can also facilitate on-site training with a Yamaha product specialist if so required.

The chance to showcase your establishment’s talents in our West End venue
Yamaha Music London is in the heart of London’s West End, the performance capital of the world.
We have two fully equipped stages in store and a recital room. Of late these stages have played host to Jamie Cullum, Albert Lee and Jools Holland. We are always looking for talented groups or individuals to perform in our venue, and are really open to organising evenings of music performed by your school, so friends and family can come and watch your students performing in the West End.
We will also make sure that you are invited to our exclusive in store concerts by Yamaha artists.

A minimum two year warranty on every Yamaha product, with a six month like-for-like replacement policy
When you’re buying instruments for a school you want to know that they’re going to withstand the rigours of classroom and performance environments.
All Yamaha products come with a minimum two year warranty. We are so proud and confident of the quality of our instruments, in the unlikely event that a product is found to have a fault within the first six months, we will simply swap it for a new one.
Any issue after this initial six month period but still within the warranty period will be undertaken as quickly as possible and by Yamaha approved engineers.

Flexible LEA-approved finance options
Government approved finance provider Syscap is one of only four authorised UK educational finance providers.
They offer an individual and professional service based on your establishment’s needs and budgets. Flexible terms and repayment period options include; purchase to own, purchase to return or purchase to upgrade every three, five or seven years. This system gives your establishment the opportunity to have Yamaha instruments without the capital outlay.
With this service provided exclusively to Yamaha Music London Education customers, you’ll be surprised how much you can get for so little per month.

Preferential educational rates
We know that your budget is the most important aspect of your purchase.
With this in mind we will endeavour to make sure that we always offer preferential educational ex. VAT prices, enabling you to squeeze as much value and quality out of whatever budget is available to you.
