Question: Which is better - the F310 or the F370?
Answer
Thank you for the question. Whilst both the F310 and F370 are great guitars for beginners, the F370 features higher-end woods for the back and sides to create a warmer tone.
We'd strongly recommend also looking at our FG800 Acoustic Guitar. This model features a solid spruce top - offering significantly improved tone compared to the F310 and F370.
Question: Can you use the F310 guitar with an amp?

Out of the box, you can't use the F310 guitar with an amp. If you're looking for an electro-acoustic guitar, we'd strongly recommend looking at our APX, FGX or FX Series guitars - all of which plug directly into an amplifier and offer a superb amplified tone:
Question: Can I down-tune this by half a step?
Answer
You shouldn't have a problem tuning the F310 down a semi-tone (so that the 'E' becomes an 'Eb' et al).
For an acoustic guitar which sounds even warmer and richer, try our FG800 models - all have solid spruce tonewood tops which, combined with the FG800's internal design, sound incredible.
Question: Does this guitar come with any guitar picks or a guitar case?

The F310 is available either by itself without any accessories or as part of a guitar package - we have a variety of packages available which include a soft case ('gigbag') and at least 3 plectrums:
Question: Does the F310 have buttons so I can attach a guitar strap?
Answer
We've included a strap button on the far end of the F310's body; usually, an acoustic guitar strap will have a loop for where the neck meets the headstock rather than using a strap button this end of the guitar.
