Features
Ever since our studio monitors made their debut in the 1970s, their iconic white woofer and signature detail and flat response have become the preferred choice for countless professional audio engineers and producers around the world - as well as finding homes in radio and post-production studios.
This edition of the best-selling HS7 Monitor Speaker includes built-in mounting points, making it compatible with three optional bracket types for wall, ceiling and baton mounting - offering the flexibility needed for a wider range of sonic environments.
Highly Efficient Transducers
The HS Series features newly developed transducers that achieve astonishingly smooth response over a wide bandwidth. These transducers utilise an advanced magnetic field design that regulates the flow of magnetic response to provide seamless, natural sonic transitions Every component's materials and design have undergone an extensive cycle of development, re-examination and optimisation resulting in staggering gains in signal reproduction accuracy across the audio spectrum.
Low Resonance Enclosure Design
The enclosures are constructed from a specific dense and resiliant MDF with a damped acoustic response perfectly matched to reference monitoring. Drawing from over a century of acoustic piano making, we've employed a traditional 3-way mitered-joint technique. Common to architectural design, this construction firmly anchors the the corners of the enclosure to dramatically improve durability and eliminate unwanted resonance.
Wide Range of Applications
The 'I' Editions of the HS Series feature flexible mounting options that help bring a stylish aesthetic and classic HS sound to a more diverse range of instlled applications.
